Values update after you calculate. Empty or invalid inputs will not invent a number.

Enter the values and choose Calculate to see estimates.

How it works

Tandem layout adds length for each ATV plus spacing. Side-by-side layout adds width instead. Extra inches are included for ramps and tie-down room.

Tandem length = count × ATV length + spacing × (count − 1) + 12 in. Side-by-side width uses the same pattern on width.

These results are estimates for planning only. They are not OEM specifications, safety certifications, or professional mechanical, legal, or financial advice.

Trailer Size Calculator FAQs

Should I include racks and bumpers in length?

Yes. Measure the longest and widest points you will load, including racks, mirrors, and tires.

Is 12 extra inches enough?

It is a planning buffer. Tail ramps, toolboxes, and awkward tie-down points may need more deck.

Can two sport ATVs sit side by side on a 5-foot deck?

Enter the real widths. Many 50-inch machines need more than 5 feet plus spacing.
