ATV Search operates atvsearch.com, a marketplace where people can buy, sell, and rent ATVs and browse off-road trail information. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use it. Questions can be sent to support@atvsearch.com.

We collect information that you provide directly and information that is created when you use the site.

• Account details such as username, email address, and password when you register.
• Listing details such as titles, descriptions, prices, photos, location, vehicle details, and seller contact information you choose to publish.
• Rental details, booking requests, and related pickup or timing information.
• Messages sent through on-site chat between buyers and sellers.
• Forum posts, replies, reviews, and other public content you submit.
• Contact form messages, including your name, email, subject, and the details you send to support.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

We use information to operate ATV Search and to support buyers, sellers, renters, and riders.

• Create and manage accounts, listings, rentals, trails, shop products, blogs, and forum content.
• Show public listings and trail pages to other users.
• Deliver buyer-seller chat, booking requests, and related notifications.
• Respond to support requests and keep the marketplace safe.
• Measure site performance and improve search, listings, and content.
• Detect spam, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Classified listings, rentals, trails, blogs, forum topics, reviews, and similar posts are intended to be public. Information you include in those posts, including location, photos, and contact details, can be seen by other users and by search engines. Do not publish information you want to keep private.

When you contact a seller or submit a rental booking request, the other party receives the details needed to respond. Chat conversations on ATV Search are stored so both people can continue the thread. Inactive conversations are deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled in site settings, Google may collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies. Administrators may also add additional tracking or verification code, such as Google Search Console verification. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service.

• With other users when you publish a listing, send a message, request a rental, or post in the forum.
• With service providers that help us host the site, store data, send email, or measure traffic.
• When required by law, to protect ATV Search or other people, or in connection with a business transfer.

We keep account, listing, rental, trail, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and handle disputes. Chat threads are removed after 30 days of inactivity. You can ask us to delete an account or listing by contacting support@atvsearch.com, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including authenticated access for account features. No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential.

• Update account details from your dashboard where those controls are available.
• Edit or remove listings, rentals, trails, or other content you posted, subject to review or moderation rules.
• Stop using chat or contact forms if you do not want to share additional messages.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@atvsearch.com.
• Control cookies through your browser settings, as described in the Cookie Policy.

ATV Search is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@atvsearch.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of ATV Search after a change means you accept the revised policy.
